Tony Browne visits school

Ár mbuíochas do Tony Browne, iománai Phort Láirge, a thainig le geansaíthe agus camáin a shíniú do dhaltaí na scoile. Ar ndóigh cabhraigh an failte a bhfuair sé lena thaispeántas den scoth ar an nDomhnach d’ar gcionn nuair a chloi na Déise foireann Luimní in a n-athimirt ar chluiche leathcheannais na Mumhan.

Many thanks to Waterford hurling star Tony Browne who visited the Gaelscoil on Thursday, 18 June 2009 to sign autographs for the children. His visit was very much appreciated and the warm welcome he received undoubtedly inspired his excellent performance against Limerick in the Munster Hurling Semi-Final 3 days later.
